Cleaning
To ensure that your stay in the apartment is always pleasant, regular cleaning is carried out once a week and is already included in the room rate. If you wish, you can order additional cleaning at a time convenient for you.
Security Deposit
Upon check-in, a security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. The deposit is held for the duration of your stay and will be fully refunded upon check-out, provided the apartment is in good order.
Rental Period
We offer rentals from 1 month and longer. For long-term guests, we are happy to discuss individual terms.
Payment
Rent is paid monthly, in advance. Various convenient payment methods are available, including non-cash options.
Utilities
Water, heating, and waste disposal are already included in the rental price. Internet and electricity are paid separately, based on actual usage.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are arranged in advance. If you need to check out later or extend your stay, we will always do our best to find a solution.
