Documents Required for Check-In

For Citizens of the Russian Federation.

- passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;

- passport of a citizen of the USSR, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, until it is replaced within the prescribed period with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;

- birth certificate — for persons under 14 years of age;

For Foreign Citizens.

Registration and deregistration of foreign citizens and stateless persons at the place of stay in a hotel is carried out in accordance with the Rules for Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian

Federation, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 9 of January 15, 2007 "On the Procedure for Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation".

In accordance with Order No. 288 of the Federal Migration Service of Russia dated September 11, 2012 (as amended on January 19, 2015) "On Approval of the Administrative Regulation for the Provision by the Federal Migration Service of

the State Service for Registration of Citizens of the Russian Federation at the Place of Stay and at the Place of Residence within the Russian Federation," upon check-in, copies are made of the Guest's identity documents.

- passport of a foreign citizen

- Russian Federation visa (if the person is a citizen of a country that has a visa regime with Russia)

- migration card;

- employment contract, if required;

- temporary residence permit;

- residence permit of a stateless person.

- international passport certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside of the Russian Federation — for persons permanently residing outside of Russia.

Minors under 14 years of age may be checked into the Hotel only when accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives (with a power of attorney from the parents and an attached copy of one parent's passport).

Minors aged 14 and over may be checked into the Hotel without their legal representatives present, provided they present identity documents as well as written consent from their legal representatives (one of them) and an attached copy of the legal representative's (one of them) passport.

In the absence of the required documents, the hotel administration reserves the right to refuse check-in to the guest.
