Our FAMILY room is a spacious one-bedroom apartment of 45 m². There is room for everyone.

Extra sleeping space. The fold-out sofa easily transforms into a comfortable bed for a child or a third guest.

Full kitchen. Everything you need: refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, dishware. You can cook for yourself and not depend on cafés.
Cleaning
To ensure that the apartment is always pleasant to be in, regular cleaning is carried out once a week for an additional fee. Cleaning is not included in the room rate; if you wish, you can order additional cleaning at a time that is convenient for you.
Security Deposit
Upon check-in, a deposit is made in accordance with the terms of the agreement. It is retained by us for the duration of the stay and is fully refunded upon departure, provided that the room is in good condition.
Rental Period
We offer rentals for 1 month or longer. For long‑term guests, we are ready to discuss individual terms.
Payment
Rent is paid monthly, in advance. Various convenient payment methods are available, including non-cash options.
Utilities
The cost of accommodation does not include utility services, which must be paid separately (water, heating, garbage collection, electricity); internet and TV are included.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are arranged in advance. If you need to check out later or extend your stay, we will always do our best to find a solution.
Support
We are here if you need assistance — whether it's help with household matters, arranging minor repairs, or additional services (such as parking or transfer).
House Rules
We care about the comfort of all our guests, so smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Living with pets is possible — we will discuss the terms in advance and for an additional fee.
